Spruce Ridge Kennels specializes in Toy Poodle crosses.

The Toy Poodle is chosen for the cross for its smaller size and the fact that it hypoallergenic. Another reason is to create a dog with greater genetic variety, and although this is not a guarantee of better health, studies have shown that crossbreds are generally healthier and live longer than purebred dogs.
